Injustice to Students Persist

SUBALIT...

Injustice to Students

Almost a month after the 'Bag-Burning' incident in Bicol Central Academy (BCA), we were able to talk to some sources who said that the parents were offered indemnification for the destroyed belongings BUT only if they agree to NOT FILE ANY ADMINISTRATIVE CASE AGAINST THE SCHOOL. While the student who uploaded the video where School Administrator Alexander James Jaucian was caught setting on fire the belongings of 14 students including their gadgets and books, was prevented from transferring to another school. BCA Administrator asked the student to issue an apology for uploading the video that went viral in order for them to release the school records needed for the transfer. - Jose Mari Callueng

  • suspension for 90 days, starting August 20, without pay.
  • he would also apologize to students and voluntarily submit himself to an anger management program.

There's no justice in this cycle where the perpetrator goes on violating the law and then thereafter pay the victims for their silence. Outrageous! - Jose Mari Callueng

Stricted penalties for those that makes education hell for young students!

Kayo ba ano sa palagay nyo?
